We are here to guide you through questions such as “how high should my offer be?”, “is there something we missed?”, or “what’s the neighbourhood like?” A new home is a long-term commitment, so we trust that the added value of having thorough, affordable assistance during the buying process is a worthy investment. We would gladly take the time to sit down with you and discuss what we can do for you; This preliminary consultation is, of course, free of cost and non-binding.
As your buying agent, we guide you to the best of our ability in your search for the perfect home. We will accompany you to scheduled viewings or a second viewing and assess the property, its value, its current state, its marketability, and any limiting factors, such as any potential zoning plans that the property must adhere to.
Besides this full service, we will also organize the following:
- scheduling viewing appointments;
- keeping a record of viewed properties;
- checking the purchasing- and transfer agreement & the settlement note;
- being present at the final inspection;
- being present at the property’s transfer.
Additionally, we also offer you the option of having an architectural expert carry out a structural report of a property, so you know exactly what to expect in the short- and long term.
