Yes, that’s right. We operate based on client satisfaction. Ultimately, you decide how you value our services. At Hypodomus Rijnbeek & Den Elsen, we use a base rate of 1.35% of the final sale, including VAT, in accordance with the general market. On top of that, we add one of the following satisfaction rates:

• Medium: 0.1% added, if the service complied with what you expect from a realtor;
• High: 0.2% added, if the service was great, at high satisfaction;
• Excellent: 0.3% added, if you would choose us as your realtor again, after excellent satisfaction.

Our purchasing services are based on an all-inclusive formula. This means complete guidance of the purchasing process for a brokerage rate of € 3.500,- including VAT. So no unexpected financial setbacks during the purchase.

This brokerage fee will be increased based on satisfaction by:

These percentages are then calculated on the final price that you as a buyer pay for a home.
